The Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services in support of HealthTrackRx. Delivers high quality qualified candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. Responsible for performing full lifecycle recruiting and for maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage full life cycle recruiting to include employee relations for a high-volume portfolio of requisitions on a national, multi-location level.
Source, phone screen, schedule interviews and manage the entire candidate process, including offers and closing.
Confers with supervisors and managers to identify recruiting needs. Reviews and clarifies job specifications, competencies and skills required.
Ensure consistent communication regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates to clients and hiring managers.
Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Conducts initial interviews and forwards qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Positively brands company and builds applicant pool by sourcing applicants through various methods including media, internet sites, schools, networking, agencies, community services, etc.
Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Builds a network and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in healthcare recruiting.
Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop a pipeline of candidates.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system with a level of detail orientation that maintains strong data integrity and allows for great reporting from the ATS.
Experience with affirmative action plans (AAP) and OFCCP is a plus
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
