Corgan, an architecture and interior design firm, seeks a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join the firm in our Dallas corporate headquarters office location. This position will serve as a key representative of the HR team and contribute in a variety of functional areas. This position is best suited for a high paced, hands-on individual who is driven by a strategic and collaborative team approach.
Qualified candidates will possess exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail paired with flexibility, a can-do spirit, and excellent written and interpersonal communication. Successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the following areas of HR: recruiting, performance management, employee relations, compensation, HR systems, immigration, policies and procedures, compliance, onboarding, and benefits. This role will keep HR initiatives moving forward by anticipating the needs of internal clients and resolving issues in a proactive, timely manner.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business or related field of study required; along with 5–8 years of combined generalist experience. A combination of degree and equivalent experience will be considered. PHR Certification is preferred.
