The Corporate Recruiter/HR Assistant will work with the Director of HR to create a comprehensive hiring strategies, repeatable processes and best practices, then owning the end-to-end recruiting process. Critical to success with be building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates that are committed to meeting to project growth goals. This role will have a direct impact on the company’s success during a critical growth period.
For recruiting, this role is responsible for using multiple resources, networking and personal creatively to secure talent for corporate positions nationwide. The role will own full-cycle recruiting from the initial conversation to hire. Success will be measured by your ability to cultivate trust and collaborative relationships internally (hiring managers) and with external talent while following and improving recruiting processes.
This position will also have Human Resources administration duties (about 25% to 30%) and will support a wide range of human resources initiatives, including onboarding and off boarding, benefit administration, compliance, payroll support and assisting with manager and employee requests.
Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements; Set standards for navigating the interview process while delivering excellence in the candidate experience.
Source, screen and recruit talent (internal and external) across all departments for multiple locations. Interface with managers on evaluating candidates to move forward in the interview process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the appropriate hiring managers and team members
Standardize interview questions and performance evaluations; Maintain accurate records and hiring documentation. Prepare regular reports to measure success against set stated goals
Conduct assessments, employment verifications, background checks and reference checks prior to an offer of employment
Coordinate employment offers and associated communications
Coordinate on-boarding efforts with the appropriate team members
HR Admin Responsibilities
Assist with on-boarding and new hire preparation of workspace and paperwork
Assist in conducting New Hire orientation, benefit enrollments and terms, and all provide ongoing reports to IT and Finance to reflect employment changes
Assist HR Director with HR tasks: Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, exit interviews; Support open enrollment and required legal filings

At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, in a third-party or corporate environment
Prior planning or project management experience is a plus
Prior HR administration or support experience is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in MS office suite
