HR Generalist, HR Technology, Recruiting and Talent Management
We are presently seeking energetic candidates to offer support to our Corporate Human Resource Team in several areas of our HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a student currently working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree majoring in HR or related fields of study with the interest in gaining knowledge and/or pursuing a career in Human Resources.
This position will allow for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist HR team with recruiting, hiring & facilitating new hire onboarding & orientation.
Manage incoming applications & candidate resumes in Applicant Tracking System.
Coordinate pre-employment background checks & drug screens.
Work closely with HR team to assist with employee benefit program.
Assist with record keeping & additional clerical responsibilities as needed.
Collaborate with corporate functions & site leaders to develop & implement efficient changes to HR workflows & processes.
Ability to learn and process new information quickly.
Strong work ethic, self- motivated & creative thinking.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications.
