Develops and establishes strategies, processes, tactics and procedures for recruiting, onboarding, andoffboarding
Works closely with the HR team to share best practices and provide assistance on critical needs
Serves as lead for reporting employment metrics, affirmative action reporting, recruiting forecast, and strategies
Manages and maintains applicant tracking and onboarding systems
Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruiting practices and procedures
Serves as the primary point of contact for Human Resources regarding vendor issues, contract negotiation, and maintenance as it pertains to talent acquisition
Coordinates, creates, and develops recruiting resources and tools to attract top talent.
Ensures compliance is met in minority and female utilization (EEO-1, VETS, etc.).
Updates and administers annual Affirmative Action Plans
Educates all managers on the OFCCP 16 Required Action Steps to ensure construction contract compliance.
Leadership & Navigation
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required
Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, SPHR or recruiting credential desired
Five years of recruiting experience required; two years in a leadership role
Bilingual English / Spanish Preferred
