CNS helps people with brain injury find hope, independence and a meaningful life - and you can play a key role in that journey as a Human Resources Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist assists with the development and participates in the implementation of Human Resource programs, policies, and procedures. Work is mainly conducted in the business office, clinic, and residential sites.
A high degree of confidentiality, accuracy, ability to function within deadlines, interacting positively with co-workers and responding to supervision in a positive manner are needed for this position.
Since 1980, CNS has provided post-acute medical treatment, rehabilitation and disease management, and offers residential, inpatient, outpatient and assisted living programs. Locations include Bakersfield, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston.
Our facilities have been honored many times by the prestigious Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF International) for excellence in therapeutic programs, staff education, patient treatment, and leadership. We also conduct research on brain injury and recovery, with a dedicated, in-house team of Ph.D. researchers who collaborate with major U.S. universities. SPECIAL SKILLS UTILIZED, EDUCATION LEVEL, TRAINING
1. High school graduate or G.E.D. required. Bachelors and/or Masters degree preferred.
2. 2 - 3 years prior experience in Human Resources preferred and/or HR Certification
3. Typing - minimum 45 wpm
4. Proficiency with personal computers, including spreadsheet and word processing applications.
