Landmark Structures has an opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for planning, directing and implementing human resource programs and policies for recruiting, retaining and developing staff, compensation, employee relations and communications, record keeping and compliance for US and Canadian business units. This is a hands-on position requiring a highly ethical and energetic individual capable of working at both strategic and tactical levels.
Key Result Areas
Recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and incentive planning, cultural enhancement, development and implementation of policies and procedures, on-boarding, EEO, FMLA, NLRB, FLSA, ADA, and other applicable compliance.
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports department activities;
Manages or directly conducts recruitment efforts through internal and external resources to ensure organization's needs are filled with the most qualified and best fit candidates in a timely and efficient manner;
Coordinates the involvement of all internal and external constituencies to ensure timely and effective implementation of Human Resource related policies, procedures and other initiatives;
Monitors the cultural health of the organization and proposes plans to foster employee growth and satisfaction;
Reviews and reports on compensation and benefit programs and compares against applicable benchmarks with recommendations directed toward achieving Landmark's goals and objectives;
Hires, cultivates and manages Human Resource team as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or comparable field of study
Minimum of 10 years relevant human resource experience including at least 5 years' experience of progressive responsibility in a Human Resource Management role with a "Best in Class" Specialty Construction or Heavy Construction business with excess of 200 employees.
Experience with regulatory requirements, legal issues and industry standards
Familiarity with construction industry-specific practices and standards
Experience directing, training, and motivating administrative personnel
Experience in administration of employee benefits including medical, dental and other insurances as well as retirement programs.
High competencies with MS Office is required; advanced document management systems and HR management software proficiency is desired
Master's degree or equivalent
SHRM Certification preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
