The Analyst, HRIS & Compensation reports to the VP Human Resources, HRIS and Total Rewards and supports the functional areas of the HRIS, Reporting, and Compensation. This role requires broad knowledge of several disciplines in HR. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about asTech’s mission, is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Act as administrator to create security model based on functional responsibilities and configure HR system to enforce the security access to data.
Assist in the design, development and modification of HRIS to suit organizational needs.
Analyze, maintain and troubleshoot human resource information systems and other human resources computer applications and systems.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS system. Train new system users and existing users on system enhancements and upgrades.
Participate in salary surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally.
Manage the company intranet, you are the intranet’s primary ambassador and will continuously focus the organization and content to keep information interesting, relevant and engaging.
Support the administration of base pay and incentive programs, including salary increases, recurring bonus programs, and other recognition programs
Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management.
Price new jobs utilizing salary surveys or slotting.
Write job descriptions and maintain database of all job descriptions.
Responds to HR support tickets related to the areas of HRIS and Compensation
5+ years of experience in Human Resources
1+ years of experience in HR systems, reporting, compensation, payroll or related HR areas
Current, working knowledge of HRIS systems, such as ADP, Ultipro, Workday, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create formulas, charts, graphs and pivot tables.
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration fields a plus.
Flexibility in problem analysis and solution creation\generation
Ability to manage own work on multiple projects asks concurrently
Ability to assess sense of urgency and prioritization of work
Understands HR standard concepts, practices and procedures
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and extreme accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
FLSA Status: This position is exempt.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
Physical Demands: Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment with limited exposure to customer repair facilities and vendor sites.
Travel: This position requires minimal travel.
