EnLink Midstream is searching for a Human Resources Analyst to administer our 401(k), Health Savings Accounts and restricted stock programs. We are a collaborative cross-functional team who prides ourselves in focusing on customer service, process efficiencies, and being a strategic partner for the business while serving EnLink’s greatest asset, our people.
Administer 401(k) program; ensure data accuracy, maintain up to date plan documents, partner with HR Manager on annual testing and audit; coordinate with recordkeeper and advisor team; Ensure retirement plans meet ERISA regulations
Manage day to day administration of Health Savings Account (HSA); coordinate with vendor on employee educational opportunities
Prepare and reconcile monthly funding report for 401(k) and HSA through partnership with payroll, accounting, and vendor
Administer company restricted stock plan; act as liaison with vendors (service providers, third-party administrators, transfer agent) and internal departments (payroll, finance).
Serve as a knowledge resource for employees’ questions and provide one on one education as needed
Analyze, reconcile, and ensure accuracy of data for all supported plans on a regular basis; proactively identify problems and resolutions
Stay up to date on local, state, and federal laws to ensure company compliance with all regulations and tax requirements as it relates to 401(k), HSA, and stock plans
Ensure accurate resources are available on company intranet
Support HR manager and overall HR team with periodic ad-hoc analysis and research as part of a collaborative and cross-functional team
Other duties and projects as assigned
Location/Hours: Downtown Dallas. No relocation available. M-F 8-5 and as needed.
Minimum 3 years of 401(k) plan administration experience required
Ability to interpret and understand federal, state, and local laws, as well as legal plan documents
Broader HR knowledge highly preferred
Experience with company stock plans a plus but not required
Experience or knowledge of compensation function a strong plus
Advanced experience with all Microsoft Office components to include Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; must have above averageExcel skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical acumen
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with extreme professionalism and discretion
