Fast-growing finance and technology service provider to investment management companies has an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruiter. The position will have an active role in the growth of the Dallas office. The primary responsibilities will include providing operational and administrative support in recruiting as well as supporting Human Resources.
Coordinate the recruitment of all open roles across an actively growing Dallas office
Manage resume process including screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and collecting feedback
Track the candidate life cycle with a focus on accurate reporting and metrics through excel and other systems
Ability to manage metrics for candidate sourcing, time to hire, offer to acceptance rate and vacancy fill rate providing regular reporting updates to management
Manage the offer process
Ensure all candidates receive a positive experience with timely updates on their application and next steps
Assist Human Resources with onboarding, benefits, company policies and special projects
Skills and Abilities
2-3 years recruitment experience, financial/accounting recruitment an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Workday applicant tracking a system an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with a problem-solving attitude
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
