This role provides administrative support in the day-to-day activities carried out by the Recruiting function, within the Human Resources Department of Responsive Education Solutions (ResponsiveEd). Typical responsibilities include assisting with various phases of the recruitment process such as fielding candidate inquiries, posting vacancies on job boards, pre-screening resumes, setting up interviews, preparing offer letters, compiling staffing and turnover reports, and assisting on special projects related to recruitment, as needed.
Associates Degree (preferred)
3+ years of experience in an office environment
1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience within a Human Resources Department, and particularly within the Recruitment function, highly preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment and diplomacy
Both Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
Ability to type 40+ wpm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to maintain effective working relationships
Responsibilities and Duties:
Field incoming candidate inquiries
Post vacancies on job boards
Set up interviews
Prepare offer letters
Compile various reports for the department, such as staffing levels, turnover, etc.
Data base input and administration
Assist with hiring manager inquiries
Work on special projects related to recruitment, as needed
Ability to edit, proofread, and process official documents
All other related duties as assigned
All equipment required to perform jobs duties and task previously described.
