he Human Reources Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Researching and responding to telephone and email benefit inquiries.
Assisting with benefits calls during designated time period and as needed.
Facilitate the hiring process for home office positions
Assisting Benefits Manager with monthly ACA compliance reporting.
Completing an initial review and response for QMSCO’s.
Sending monthly benefit enrollment reminders via e-mail. Creating file folders and scanning all incoming forms.
Ensure completion of appropriate forms and acknowledgments by new exempt employees prior to start. Process new hires, status changes, and terminations paperwork.
Assist, as needed, with the unemployment process.
Work to help ensure that I-9 administration is completely in a timely manner.
Answer phone calls and questions concerning HR administration, processes, as necessary.
Providing relief for Receptionist Desk.
Ad -hoc reporting and projects
Partner with the Human Resource team on select initiatives/projects
Highly motivated and a positive attitude are crucial to success
Express a high passion for people and building relationships
Strong communication skills written and verbal
One to three years general Human Resources experience, preferred
Experience with Oracle/Taleo ATS system preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
