This position is for Southern Botanical, Inc. located in the Dallas area.
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the routine function of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay,benefits and leave, and enforcing polices and practices. Ultimately, they will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
The HR Manager's position is important to Southern Botanical's business success. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Recruits, Interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Cultivates a positive working environment.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years required in Human Resources management experience.
