Sr. Human Resource Generalist
Purpose of this Job: This job is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, Recruiting and Training. Acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations. This role also supports payroll processing activities as a backup for the Payroll Analyst. Principle Duties/Essential Functions: • This person is responsible for supporting the Human Resources function including Employee Relations, Benefits, Compliance, Hourly Recruiting and Training. • Gather all payroll-related information, for one set of payrolls per month, necessary to process accurate payroll.
