What you will be doing
The Director, Support Center Human Resources champions the human resources function within our Carrollton, TX Supports Office. The ideal person is an established HR leader within hybrid work environments who establishes key business partnerships with functional leadership. The Director is key to support and reinforce our dynamic company culture through the usage of expert-level relationship-building skills. Reporting directly to the Director, is a Human Resources Generalist.

Build credibility with functional leaders by demonstrating an understanding of the department’s strategy and change management needs
Serve as a consultant to leadership to offer guidance on all areas of human resources, including organization design, employee relations and related issues
Demonstrates strong relationships with all levels of Team Members and helping them manage through change
Coach and manage the performance of mid-level leaders, work to develop and enhance their individual and team effectiveness
Works with the VP of Total Rewards and CHRO to establish long range objectives, champion change and effectively guide business partners and team members through organizational change
Serves as key HR leader to help drive company culture within other business departments; plays a key role in leading and managing on-boarding for all company new hires to ensure alignment with our company culture on day 1 and providing new hire training to help reinforce company values

We need someone that is not just an expert within human resources, but someone that can influence leaders and gain buy-in that result in G6 maintaining its competitive edge. What will you have room to do?
We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent is required or degree in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design or Organizational Development, SPHR, PHR or other HR certification preferred
Three to five years experience as a Senior Manager or Director in Human Resources with Human Resources management level responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HCM systems, experience with Workday preferred.
Strong computer and software applications skills (Microsoft Suite).
Proven success and experience in a corporate based human resources and associated activities.
Strong project management skills to drive projects to completion.
