HR Manager
Professional Services company. Less than 100 employees. Dallas Uptown area. This is a hands-on position doing everything from benefits administration and on-boarding to recruiting and compliance and Director level planning. Company uses third party recruiters to lighten the load, but could change that with the right candidate. Workforce is professional, educated and does not require the heavier employee relations part of the job. Most of the relations issues are easy to manage. Degree with three to seven years experience.
