Admin Asst 2 - Human Resources
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY The Administrative Assistant 2 is a critical member of the support staff and provides personalized administrative support to the HR Director in a professional and timely manner. Administrative assistance is also provided to the Human Resources (HR) team as assigned. The Administrative Assistant 2 works with the Director on a wide range of matters where strict confidentiality is expected. The Administrative Assistant 2 should be passionate about HR policies and procedures and helping create a culture to champion Core values. Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours. In addition to regular full-time attendance, incumbent is subject to overtime and call back as required by Carter BloodCare.
