The Director of Benefits role will provide leadership and strategic oversight for the design and delivery of Omni Hotels & Resorts benefit plans.  They will ensure exemplary service to our hotels and will advise senior leadership on benefits solutions. Responsibilities include:  Accountable for planning, development and delivery of all benefits related initiatives. Oversee operations of the company-sponsored benefit and retirement plans.. Secretary to Benefit Plan Investment Committee and Benefit Plan Administrative Committee.
