In this role you are the talent scout to your assigned business units and will assist in providing full life cycle staffing of key roles within the organization, including sourcing quality candidates, conducting pre-employment interviews, evaluating candidates, guiding hiring managers through the hiring process and candidate selection, and assisting in closing the candidate of choice to offer acceptance. You will work a hybrid weekly schedule with a few days in the office to ensure connection with your supported departments and a few days working from home. This role will focus on the mission of building the talent profile for the company by introducing a pipeline of top talent for all our roles today and tomorrow.  What Makes this a Great Opportunity:
