Arcosa, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join the Benefits team at the company’s headquarters in downtown Dallas. Reporting to the Director of Benefits, this role will be expected to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of Arcosa’s benefit programs, including vendor management, analytics, plan design and annual enrollment actions. The role is responsible for efficient delivery of plan information and tools that support employee understanding of Arcosa’s benefit plans including 401k, health and welfare, non-qualified plans, and voluntary benefit plans.    Arcosa, Inc.
