The Expo Group is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer and maintain benefit programs, policies, and procedures as well as overseeing compliance. This includes insurance programs, employee savings plans, leaves, compensation, and other related areas. This is primarily a remote position, with occasional in office days if needed.  We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study and five years’ experience administering benefits programs and compensation. We’d like someone with excellent written & verbal communication skills and solid organization & time management abilities, who is proficient with Microsoft Office.
