What You Will Do Provide proactive multi-faceted HR support for the Field. Identify opportunities to drive team member retention, productivity, engagement, etc. Play an integral role in mergers and acquisitions. Partner with Total Rewards to analyze compensation market and internal data to ensure competitiveness. Responsible for managing employee relations, investigations, etc. Provide consultation on performance management, promotions, compensation adjustments, transfers, etc. Assist with employment policy development, maintenance, and compliance. Provide timely support for any state and local agency audits, requests for information, etc. Play a role in advancing a D, E, & I strategy.
