The Regional Human Resources Manager wants to learn the operations and serve as a true business partner. This person is solution-focused and over the top about internal customer service. This person constantly thinks about “how can we make this better” and “what if.” This position is responsible for a large client group across several cities and may require some travel. The position reports to the Senior Regional HR Manager. Serve as the main point of contact for human resources for designated client groups Assist employees and managers to positively resolve concerns Provide employee coaching and counseling for issues and complaints Coach managers on employee issues and guide them on the progressive discipline process Provide guidance on
