PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY The Learning and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist) is responsible for administering and facilitating work-related learning and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance. This entails designing and delivering classroom and web-based training programs, organizing training logistics, administering the learning management system, and coordinating operational activities that enable the successful design and execution of learning programs and projects.
