The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to deliver a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment. This position will be located in the Central or Mountain time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Conduct phone, video, and/or virtual interviews in both English and Spanish
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Post jobs to job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms
Hiring Manager Partnership
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress and market insights
Advise hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection
Candidate Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure a professional, timely, and inclusive candidate experience
Communicate clearly with candidates regarding next steps, expectations, and outcomes
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate recruiting records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies
Support background checks, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding coordination as needed
Remote Work & Collaboration
Effectively manage workload and priorities in a remote environment
Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Meet productivity and hiring targets while working independently
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience conducting interviews and hiring in a remote environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and virtual interviewing tools
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for hourly and frontline positions
Bilingual strongly preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
Experience supporting multi-state hiring
Answer phone calls during after-hours, ensuring continuous communication and support.
HR or recruiting certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.)
